Shipping and Returns - NZ and Overseas

New Zealand

We can generally ship all our products but some large pieces may not be able to be sent.  Happy to discuss options for oversized or difficult items.  Please call on 021 138 5762 or email with your address details.

Anything else can be couriered using the main stream courier companies. We aim to ship on the same day or within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday.

International

We do not offer international shipping via the website but will consider pricing freight on a one off basis, depending on the item.  Please use the contact options to start an international order.

Returns - Please contact us before returning items.  Return shipping is at the customers expense and shipping paid on the order will not be refunded. 

All sales items are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

Returns may incur a 20%* restocking fee if payment was made by credit card or 15% if by Bank Transaction. 

*This is because Shopify do not refund the merchant fees on Credit Card payments and the time taken to pack and unpack and restock your item.
