A welcoming 111 year old villa in Nelson, bursting with it's own history and character alongside the new memories we have created since it became our family home 23 years ago, is the haven that I share with my husband and 5 children, amidst the hectic and very busy lifestyle, that we all seem to lead today.

An absolute passion for fabrics, interiors and all things French, together with a love of discovering a new treasure in antique and secondhand shops then finding just the right place for them in my home is how my journey for Villarosa Maison began.

I wholeheartedly believe that it is possible to create your own sanctuary in your home without spending a fortune and my goal is to find you a mix of gorgeous and unique homeware, that will make your home a true reflection of your own personal style.

The way you display your treasures, mix new and old or sentimental objects (that wee jug filled with freshly picked flowers from the garden that reminds you of your much loved Nan) and different styles and patterns is never wrong, because your home should be full of cherished items filled with memories that make your family and friends, feel happy and comforted.

Enjoy and remember to have faith in your own sense of style ... if you LOVE it, you can make it work!!
