The Jar shape has real substance, a generous, rounded silhouette that sits happily on a table or hangs from a hook, with plenty of surface for the pattern to unfold across. This one comes in Copper Mandela — a radially balanced, intricate pattern in the spirit of a mandala.
Made from weather-resistant, UV-stable Tyvek. The integrated solar panel charges during the day and the LED glows for up to eight to ten hours after dusk. No wiring, no batteries, no timer.

The outer shell is made from Tyvek. Tyvek is a brand of durable, versatile synthetic material made from high-density polyethylene fibers byDuPont. It is known for being water-resistant and tear-resistant, combining properties of paper, film, and fabric. It is very strong, weather resistant, durable and colorfast.
Yes, the material is weatherproof and colorfast. Rain, snow or bright sun? the LUMIZ can be left hanging outside!
Wrap the Velcro around the metal bar on the underside of the LUMIZ together with the bar of the ring. Give it a nice spot in the sun. Have fun!
Yes, we have the option of self-pickup from our store at 62 Montgomery Square Nelson....or we can courier to you.
Yes, but you have to take into account that no direct sunlight will fall on the LUMIZ indoors. As a result, the battery will not be able to store energy and the LED light will not burn / not for long / less strongly in the evening. Direct sunlight on the solar panel gives the best result.
Tip: a normal AAA battery also fits in the LUMIZ. The LUMIZ will burn in a dark environment.
At dark it will come into effect, during (sun) light it will not be charged.
