Mountain Gold Kānuka Honey is naturally high in 3-Phenyllactic Acid (3-PLA), a signature marker of quality and bioactivity of Kanuka Honey. Every batch contains at least 1000 mg/kg of 3-PLA, ensuring a consistent premium standard that reflects the purity and potency of New Zealand’s native flora.
