The Bordallo Pinheiro Flora Bowl in Verde at 12cm is the smaller companion to the Flora collection — a botanical earthenware world of poppies, wild roses, dandelions, and delicate insects, rendered in high and low relief and glazed in soft country green. At this size, it is perfectly suited to condiments, a single serve of olives, a ramekin of sea salt, or a morning bowl of yoghurt and honey.
Handcrafted in Portugal with a capacity of 285ml, it pairs naturally with the broader Flora range — mix with the larger Flora bowl, dinner plates, and serving pieces for a table that feels both collected and alive.

Bordallo Pinheiro
The cabbage, fleshy and wrinkled, flattened in shape, could serve as a metaphor for the rusticity of Portugal, a country Bordallo satirized so often. It was a clever way of paying homage to it, placing it at the center of bourgeois tables, where, otherwise, it would not have been invited. And today, our cabbage is an essential element on any table and in any setting, admired by young and old alike, blooming in various colors: Green, White, and Pink!
